Prior College and Military Transcripts
The VA requires that your military credits be evaluated if using VA education benefits.

Army, Navy, Marine Corps & 海岸警卫队退伍军人, click here to be forwarded to the JST website. Request official Joint Service Transcripts to be sent to Colorado Mesa University.

Submit Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and DD-214 to CMU
Click here to attach the Certificate of Eligibility (COE). First time Chapter 31 and 33 students should also attach the DD-214 Member 2 or 4. Dependents using VA benefits: We do NOT need the Veteran's DD-214.

Veteran’s Enrollment Certification Request (VECR)
AFTER you register for classes, 您必须提交VECR, this step is mandatory if you want your VA education benefits. This form must be completed EVERY semester, preferably 30 days before the first day of school.
